At CTC-Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
